The day of closing, we renegotiated the lease to completely pay for the $6K+ floor damage. While in dialogue with the title and mortgage companies, to make sure we could still close that day. This is just one example of how the Breedloves handled details and turns (expected and unexpected) in this most major life investment of ours. "
