Sandra and Larry Breedlove are engaging, knowledgeable realtors. My wife and I have used them 3 times now. The bottom line: they use their experience and in-the-moment knowledge of the market to help us make the best decision. I am certain they saved us tens of thousands of dollars and weeks on the market by being informed and expeditious. And they are enjoyable to work with; I now consider them friends. I have used other realtors, and have witnessed how realtors work. Sandra and Larry far surpass our experience with other realtors; they are the real deal. They each have major individual strengths, and work together as an impressive, complimentary team. An example of their work: they discovered a problem with our most recent purchase just in time for us to act on it. They both came with us on the walk-through, the Saturday before a Monday closing. They found a major problem with the flooring, results of an undisclosed major water leak. Of the few things still in the house, there happened to be a couple of large bags of trash. I think it was Sandra that intuitively looked under the bags. The bags were hiding a problem with the floor; the floor had major damage in that specific spot. It was shocking, a major flaw in this house that is otherwise perfect for us. No worries! They had a flooring guy that came out on Sunday, measured moisture, and gave a quote. The day of closing, we renegotiated the lease to completely pay for the $6K+ floor damage. While in dialogue with the title and mortgage companies, to make sure we could still close that day. This is just one example of how the Breedloves handled details and turns (expected and unexpected) in this most major life investment of ours.
